PRIME-HRM ACCREDITATION AWARD. Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro hold the plaque of accreditation of the Provincial Government of Bulacan during the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday, for having managed and implemented its process-defined Recruitment, Selection, Placement, and Performance Management systems under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) given by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) last November 21, 2025 in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
