San Juan, Philippines โ The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) YAKAP Inc. successfully concluded its First National Convention, gathering its national leaders, regional governors, and chapter representatives from across the country for a historic assembly centered on unity, nationโbuilding, and strengthened civic engagement.

Held over the weekend at the historic Club Filipino, the landmark convention brought together hundreds of delegates to formalize the organizationโs national direction, adopt new governance frameworks, and reaffirm its commitment to humanitarian service. The event marks a major milestone for YAKAP Inc., one of the fastestโgrowing socioโcivic Eagle organizations in the Philippines.
In his keynote address, the National President Kuya Ariel Donceras emphasized that the convention symbolizes โa renewed commitment to the Eagleโs core values of service, brotherhood, and patriotism.โ He highlighted the organizationโs expanding footprint nationwide and its role in uplifting communities through volunteerism and civic action.

โOur First National Convention is not just a gatheringโit is a declaration of who we are and what we stand for,โ he said. โYAKAP Inc. will continue to build bridges, empower communities, and serve with integrity and transparence.โ
The convention also addressed the importance of organizational identity amid the growing number of civic groups using the โPhilippine Eaglesโ name. YAKAP Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to lawful, transparent, and serviceโoriented operations as a SECโregistered socioโcivic organization.
Delegates expressed unified support for strengthening the organizationโs national structure, ensuring that all chapters uphold the Eagleโs guiding principles and ethical standards.
With its first national convention successfully concluded, YAKAP Inc. is set to roll out its 2026โ2027 national agenda, including:
