1st National Convention of Philippine Eagles YAKAP Inc. marks a new era of leadership and identity

San Juan, Philippines โ€” The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) YAKAP Inc. successfully concluded its First National Convention, gathering its national leaders, regional governors, and chapter representatives from across the country for a historic assembly centered on unity, nationโ€‘building, and strengthened civic engagement.

Held over the weekend at the historic Club Filipino, the landmark convention brought together hundreds of delegates to formalize the organizationโ€™s national direction, adopt new governance frameworks, and reaffirm its commitment to humanitarian service. The event marks a major milestone for YAKAP Inc., one of the fastestโ€‘growing socioโ€‘civic Eagle organizations in the Philippines.

In his keynote address, the National President Kuya Ariel Donceras emphasized that the convention symbolizes โ€œa renewed commitment to the Eagleโ€™s core values of service, brotherhood, and patriotism.โ€ He highlighted the organizationโ€™s expanding footprint nationwide and its role in uplifting communities through volunteerism and civic action.

โ€œOur First National Convention is not just a gatheringโ€”it is a declaration of who we are and what we stand for,โ€ he said. โ€œYAKAP Inc. will continue to build bridges, empower communities, and serve with integrity and transparence.โ€

The convention also addressed the importance of organizational identity amid the growing number of civic groups using the โ€œPhilippine Eaglesโ€ name. YAKAP Inc. reaffirmed its commitment to lawful, transparent, and serviceโ€‘oriented operations as a SECโ€‘registered socioโ€‘civic organization.

Delegates expressed unified support for strengthening the organizationโ€™s national structure, ensuring that all chapters uphold the Eagleโ€™s guiding principles and ethical standards.

With its first national convention successfully concluded, YAKAP Inc. is set to roll out its 2026โ€“2027 national agenda, including:
